Because the building is built along a slightly ascending street, it is necessary to take 3 small stairs in the landing. Hopefully, that will not be a problem. In short, all the ingredients are present for a wonderful vacation or hibernation / wintering for seniors. A rental car is not really necessary but pleasant to have available.
