Bedroom 2 has a large trundle bed for 2 people. These two bedrooms share a modern bathroom with a toilet, shower, and double washbasin. Vila Maria is an ideal holiday rental in the Algarve. Close to several Pestana Golf Courses, a real nature.house in the Algarve country side near the coast. Vila Maria has its own charging station for your electric car.

In Benagil, at a 4 minutes drive, there are several restaurants to serve you a wonderful dinner, chicken Piri-Piri, cataplana, or a wide choice of fish. Pets allowed.

For the kids there’s plenty of entertainment in the immediate vicinity; boat trips along with the Algarve caves, water park Slide & Splash in Estombar, and Alcantarilha, Zoo-Marine in Guia, where also the Crazy World minigolf and go-kart track is found. Sehr gute Lage, großer Garten, schöner Pool

Haus mit großer Poolterrasse, vielen Sitzplatzecken ( man weiß gar nicht, wo zuerst) und wunderschön angelegtem Palmengarten. Für einen kleinen Dackel ein wahres Paradies und für die großen Leute auch😊. Im Haus war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Wir freuten uns über einen neuen Grill, den wir eingeweiht haben. Vom Haus aus sind die Hotspots der Felsenalgarve mit Mietwagen schnell erreichbar. Die Küstenlinie ist sehr eindrucksvoll. Außerdem war Daniela, die Maid, sehr freundlich.

Een oase van rust

Vila Maria is letterlijk een oase van rust. De Nederlandse eigenaar, waar we overigens al vroeg een erg prettig en open contact mee hadden, heeft in de ruime tuin tientallen verschillende volwassen palmen staan en kweekt hij in talloze potten jonge palmen op die zo te zien aan de kaartjes uit de hele wereld afkomstig zijn. Ze doen het goed in dit milde klimaat net als wij boomers trouwens in deze herfstmaand oktober 2022. De villa is schoon, van alle gemakken voorzien en op ruime afstand van de drukte van de Algarve. Die kun je het beste opzoeken met een auto, lopen is hier niet echt optie maar we doen nooit anders. Carvoeiro centrum ligt op 3,4 km afstand. De rust, privacy en service hebben wij zeer gewaardeerd en bevelen wij iedereen aan. O ja, uitmuntende wifi hier, mag ook wel eens gezegd worden want niet altijd overal een vanzelfsprekendheid. Voor wie niet elke avond hier wil yahtzee-en zijn alle nederlandse zenders beschikbaar.

Beautiful place

Booked Vila Maria 2 years ago, but covid intervened – Frits was fantastic, booking and rebooking.We finally got there 2 years later.House and location were fantastic.Family of 5, we enjoyed a much needed break and change of scenery in this beautiful place, and we will return!

Wonderful winter break

We stayed in Vila Maria with our two Labradors for six weeks from Mid-February until early April 2022.

The Vila is in a lovely location off a country lane with virtually no traffic, very close to the beach and with some lovely restaurants nearby.

The wonderful palm gardens are a testament to the owners hard work.

Daniela who looks after the vila is fantastic and will assist you with anything you need.

The owner Frits is also a lovely man with a cracking sense of humour.

If our dogs can still do the journey, we will definitely be back.
