Just 800m from the sandy beaches Benagil and Praia do Carvalho and just minutes from other, larger beaches such as Praia da Marinha and Praia Centeanes in Carvoeiro, the lovely fishing village with many restaurants, shops, and cafés. In Benagil, at a 4 minutes drive, there are several restaurants to serve you a wonderful dinner, chicken Piri-Piri, cataplana, or a wide choice of fish. Pets allowed.

The Algarve Villa Maria is only 45 minutes away from Faro airport, is centrally located and the nearest golf course (par 3 and 9 holes) is located a 2 minutes drive away and the Gramacho and Pestana golf courses are reached in about 8 minutes more. For the kids there’s plenty of entertainment in the immediate vicinity; boat trips along with the Algarve caves, water park Slide & Splash in Estombar, and Alcantarilha, Zoo-Marine in Guia, where also the Crazy World minigolf and go-kart track is found. We hebben een geweldige week gehad, inclusief een storm: wauw! hoge golven! Heel veel gefotografeert (hamateurfotografen). De rotsen zijn nog steeds prachtig! Pantanos de Fatima: natuurgebied, wetland, duinen, zwarte ibissen, witte ibissen, ooievaars, kraanvogels, flamingo’s, purperkoet, enz. : zwemmen in prachtige baaien, lekker, eten enz.
Heerliijk om weer terug te zijn in Portugal!

Beautiful and peaceful
Vila Maria is on a lovely peaceful setting. No neighbours and a lovely outlook. Facilities are good but the pool is the best thing and you will need it in the summer. Frits is a delight to deal with. Will visit again.

Heerlijk vakantiehuis
In juli 2023 zijn we een week verbleven in Vila Maria. We hebben genoten. Het ontbreekt aan niets in het huis. De rust, het zwembad en de mooie tuin maken dat we een heerlijke week hebben gehad. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Super fijn contact met de eigenaar en verhuurder. We komen graag nog eens.

Sehr schöne Umgebung und Haus
Wir waren begeistert von dem Grundstück, sehr gepflegt mit vielen wunderschönen Palmen das Haus war auch optimal von der Größe genauso wieder der Pool . Ich hoffe dort wieder mein Urlaub verbringen zu dürfen.
