Algarve Holiday Villa “Algarve Vila Maria ” in Carvoeiro-Benagil is a detached villa in the Algarve with private pol and sleeps 2-6 people with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a separate toilet, a large living room with air-conditioning and dining area. And sliding doors leading to a large terrace to the 7×5 meters pool with an outdoor shower. Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom with en-suite. Bedroom 2 has two single beds, wardrobe, ceiling fan heating panels, air-conditioning and a small balcony. The Bedroom 3 has a large sofa bed for 2 people. These two bedrooms share a modern bathroom with a toilet, shower, and double bathroom sink.

Is Vila Maria in the Algarve suitable for families with children?

Yes. Algarve Vila Maria is a child-friendly holiday villa in the Algarve, ideal for families with children. The detached villa has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a separate toilet and a large private garden with a 7 × 5 metre private swimming pool. The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, washbasin and small bath.

Children can enjoy the large private pool, spacious garden and terraces, while parents can relax knowing that the villa is exclusively for their family. The beaches of Praia de Benagil and Praia do Carvalho are about a 15-minute walk away.

Please note: because Vila Maria has a private swimming pool, young children should always be supervised around the pool.

Cosy kitchen with appliances. There is a barn with (free) firewood, washing machines, and a dryer.and in the shade, you can park your car. In the winter months, while you are on your long winter holiday in the Algarve. you can comfortably heat Algarve Vila Maria with infrared panels, the cosy wood-burning stove, and with the air conditioning.

Can I Book Algarve Vila Maria directly with the private Dutch owner, without the involvement of large portals and therefore without additional commissions or costs?

The villa is very private and quiet yet not isolated and can be reached by a country road just 300m away from the road to Benagil and Carvoeiro. Just 800m from the sandy beaches Benagil and Praia do Carvalho and just minutes from other, larger beaches such as Praia da Marinha and Praia Centeanes in Carvoeiro, the lovely fishing village with many restaurants, shops, and cafés. In Benagil, at a 4 minutes drive, there are several restaurants to serve you a wonderful dinner, chicken Piri-Piri, cataplana, or a wide choice of fish. Pets allowed.

The Algarve Villa Maria is only 45 minutes away from Faro airport, is centrally located and the nearest golf course (par 3 and 9 holes) is located a 2 minutes drive away and the Gramacho and Pestana golf courses are reached in about 8 minutes more. For the kids there’s plenty of entertainment in the immediate vicinity; boat trips along with the Algarve caves, water park Slide & Splash in Estombar, and Alcantarilha, Zoo-Marine in Guia, where also the Crazy World minigolf and go-kart track is found. The house book in the villa offers many other suggestions.

Een oase van rust

Vila Maria is letterlijk een oase van rust. De Nederlandse eigenaar, waar we overigens al vroeg een erg prettig en open contact mee hadden, heeft in de ruime tuin tientallen verschillende volwassen palmen staan en kweekt hij in talloze potten jonge palmen op die zo te zien aan de kaartjes uit de hele wereld afkomstig zijn. Ze doen het goed in dit milde klimaat net als wij boomers trouwens in deze herfstmaand oktober 2022. De villa is schoon, van alle gemakken voorzien en op ruime afstand van de drukte van de Algarve. Die kun je het beste opzoeken met een auto, lopen is hier niet echt optie maar we doen nooit anders. Carvoeiro centrum ligt op 3,4 km afstand. De rust, privacy en service hebben wij zeer gewaardeerd en bevelen wij iedereen aan. O ja, uitmuntende wifi hier, mag ook wel eens gezegd worden want niet altijd overal een vanzelfsprekendheid. Voor wie niet elke avond hier wil yahtzee-en zijn alle nederlandse zenders beschikbaar.

Super Haus mit super Grundstück. So viele schöne Palmen. Ruhig gelegen, schöner Pool gute Ausstattung. Mehr geht nicht.

De villa is werkelijk een plaatje, wat nog versterkt wordt door een grote palmentuin met fraai aangelegde wandelpaden.

In de periode van 28 augustus tot 10 september 2022 hebben wij met 5 personen gebruik gemaakt van Vila Maria in Carvoeiro ,Algarve Portugal.

In de villa is alles aanwezig wat nodig is voor een luxe verblijf.

Twee grote slaapkamers met voldoende kastruimte om alles op te bergen.

Een kleine slaapkamer die waarschijnlijk bedoeld is als kinderkamer.

Volledige keuken met alle apparatuur die je maar kunt wensen.

Tv met satelliet voor ontvangst van Nederlandse en buitenlandse kanalen.

Airco is aanwezig,maar niet gebruikt omdat de binnentemperatuur ook bij buitentemperaturen van 30 graden zeer aangenaam blijft.

Het zwembad is zeer schoon en ligstoelen zijn voldoende aanwezig.

De ligging garandeert een oase van rust.

Wel is het raadzaam een auto te huren,omdat de afstanden – zeker als het warm is – naar supermarkt of strand voor ons te groot zijn om te wandelen.

Een heerlijke plek om te ontspannen,maar ook om hele leuke stadjes te bezoeken of om een van de vele zandstranden en baaitjes te bezoeken.

Het contact met verhuurder/eigenaar Frits Klaarenbeek is open en snel,waardoor je het gevoel hebt welkom te zijn.

Al met al zijn wij zeer tevreden en willen wij deze accomodatie ten zeerste aanbevelen.

Beautiful place

Booked Vila Maria 2 years ago, but covid intervened – Frits was fantastic, booking and rebooking.We finally got there 2 years later.House and location were fantastic.Family of 5, we enjoyed a much needed break and change of scenery in this beautiful place, and we will return!
